Marketing Student Assistant

12-16 hours per week Want to get close to the day-to-day of a Danish fashion brand, where creativity meets execution? SOFIE SCHNOOR is looking for a dedicated master’s student who wants to join our marketing team and contribute to the daily running of the brand. You’ll have a hands-on role with touchpoints across marketing, PR, wholesale and e-commerce in an international fashion company. You’ll be part of a creative, fast-paced team with short decision paths, where tasks range from content and campaigns to coordination and practical execution. You’ll have the chance to turn your interest in fashion and branding into concrete experience and develop your skills across the business. Your responsibilities Marketing, content & community Coordinating and handling the practical side of influencer and PR shipments Producing content based on specific briefs and contributing to the ongoing development of the brand’s visual expression Managing community across social media Maintaining packs and making sure images and other marketing materials are correct and up to date PR, shoots & events Preparing and assisting before, during and after photoshoots, including packing, coordination and tidying up Keeping track of PR collections and samples, including registration and returns Contributing to the running of events, campaigns, launches and trade shows Wholesale & daily operations Assisting sales and production with agent collections, including unpacking, organising and preparing Helping with practical coordination in connection with agent meetings and sales periods Making sure showrooms, meeting rooms and storage areas are organised and presentable Handling ongoing coordination and practical tasks across the team We imagine that you Are currently pursuing a master’s degree at CBS or a similar relevant programme Have a genuine interest in fashion, branding, marketing and social media Work in a structured way, take responsibility and see your tasks through Have a strong visual eye and an eye for detail Are curious, proactive and ready to dive in wherever the need arises Enjoy a mix of creative tasks, coordination and practical work Are familiar with Adobe, Canva or similar tools – an advantage, but not a requirement Are curious about AI and new digital tools What we offer A varied student job of 12-16 hours per week, where you’ll gain hands-on experience with marketing, content, PR and wholesale – and insight into how a fashion brand works across channels and teams.
