Ecommerce Manager

SOFIE SCHNOOR is a creative and dynamic fashion company with Scandinavian roots.

We design and sell children’s and adult clothing and shoes under our SOFIE SCHNOOR brand, in stores across Europe. We have 30 shop-in-shops in department stores in Europe and three of our own stores in Denmark. We are passionate and positive, and we focus on delivering high quality to our customers.

Are you a commercially strong e-commerce professional who can create profitable growth, develop the digital business and turn data into concrete results?

SOFIE SCHNOOR is looking for an experienced, commercially driven and analytically strong E-commerce Manager to take overall responsibility for our international B2C e-commerce business. You will be responsible for revenue, margin, budgets and KPIs, and you will ensure that the webshop, CRM, paid media and campaigns work together in one clear commercial direction.

You will play a central role, with responsibility for strategy, performance and the day-to-day development of the webshop. We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, drives progress, and combines a sharp commercial eye with an understanding of brand, customer experience and fashion.

About the role

As E-commerce Manager, you drive the digital business from strategy and trading through to execution and follow-up. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Logistics and Finance, as well as external agencies and developers.

Your tasks will include:

  • Owning the e-commerce budget, revenue, margin, forecasts and relevant KPIs, with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Developing and driving the e-commerce and online marketing strategy, and following up on goals, results and next steps.
  • Planning the weekly and monthly trading effort and prioritising products, campaigns and timing based on sales, inventory, margin and performance.
  • Tracking conversion rate, AOV, traffic, bestsellers and sales potential, and reacting quickly to over- and underperforming styles.
  • Owning performance and direction towards the media agency, including budgets, ROAS/MER, markets, products and campaigns.
  • Having overall responsibility for CRM, email/SMS, segmentation, flows, repeat purchase and customer loyalty.
  • Planning drops, launches, campaigns, sales and Black Friday, and ensuring alignment between the webshop, CRM, paid media, marketing, sales and inventory.
  • Optimising the customer journey on the webshop, including navigation, categories, product pages, checkout, mobile experience and CRO tests.
  • Prioritising the webshop roadmap, tracking, feeds, integrations and new features in collaboration with external developers and agencies.
  • Ensuring strong day-to-day webshop operations, including merchandising, product data, images, copy, inventory replenishment, orders, returns and logistics flows.
  • Following performance by market and prioritising investments and efforts where growth potential and profitability are greatest.

What we imagine you bring

We imagine you have documented experience from a similar e-commerce role, preferably within fashion, footwear or lifestyle. You thrive with clear responsibility for results and are motivated by creating growth through strong execution, continuous optimisation and close collaboration across the organisation.

We would also like you to:

  • Have several years of e-commerce experience and documented results in revenue, margin and digital growth.
  • Have experience with budget responsibility, forecasting and commercial performance follow-up.
  • Be strong in Google Analytics and work confidently with data, KPIs and continuous optimisation.
  • Have a solid understanding of paid media, CRM, CRO, customer journeys and international e-commerce.
  • Be able to drive digital projects and collaborate professionally with agencies, developers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work in a structured and proactive way, and see tasks and projects consistently through to completion.
  • Communicate professionally in both Danish and English, and have a sharp eye for fashion, brand and product.
